A New Year, A New Board of Directors
By Bridget BrewsterPosted: 07/01/2026
Every nonprofit organization is governed by a Board of Directors. Pasadena Village’s Board of Directors is composed of Villagers and community members who have responsibility for the fiscal health, strategic planning, legal and ethical integrity of Pasadena Village as well as oversight of the Executive Director.
For the 2026-2027 fiscal year, the following Directors will be serving:
OFFICERS
President – Bridget Brewster
Vice President – Jo Yeargin
Secretary – Phil Hoge
Treasurer – Doug Colliflower
DIRECTORS
Jeanne Brown
Gina Frierman-Hunt
Lorrie Gray
Dan Guerrero
Jeff Gutstadt
Rick Holliday
Barbara Madden
Patrick Mathews
Paula Rao
Ron Stoffers
Each of these individuals bring experience and skills to serve the Village capably with a deep commitment to our mission. As a Director, each one will also serve on one of our four standing Board Committees.
Executive: This committee is composed of the elected officers who meet monthly with the Executive Director.
Governance: This committee is responsible for bylaws review, inviting others to serve on the Board of Directors, and proposing a slate of Officers.
Development: This committee nurtures relationships with Village Sponsors, Foundations, and donors who are the key to our financial solvency and seeks support of a wide network of those who understand our mission.
Finance: This committee oversees all aspects of income, expenses and investments.
Villagers and community volunteers with applicable skills are invited to serve on any one of these committees alongside Board Directors.
The Village Board of Directors is a talented, skilled group of people who are deeply committed to the Mission of Pasadena Village. They represent Village, professional, and community experience that contributes to the sustainability of the Village and a vision that builds on the past, lives in the present and looks to the future.
