The Artist's Kitchen
By Meanderings BLOGPosted: 12/02/2021
The Artist’s Kitchen
During the holidays my kitchen is the gathering
place for family and friends. It’s the place
where wine is poured and toasts are made.
My kitchen sparkles with the lights of Christmas
and crystal bowls of cranberry sauce.
The aromas of gingerbread
and eggnog mingle with fresh pine,
while polished woods reflect the
flickering candles, casting shadows
of elves and magical moons.
There is laughter among the
reminiscing and, perhaps, a
tear is shed for someone missed.
Most of all there is love and joy
and the spirit of giving.
May Christmas live in our hearts
throughout the year!
