Dancing With Paint
By Karen BagnardPosted: 05/12/2022
Dancing With Paint
Sometimes drawing is like dancing…
A leap, a twirl, a moment of stillness.
You can close your eyes while dancing
And you can close your eyes while drawing.
It can be done to music
Or just from memory.
Either way, my heart sings.
Either way, I’m in my bliss.
Sometimes dancing is like drawing…
A line, a dot, a squiggle and stillness.
Dance, draw, leap, twirl and
Always remember to sing.
A poem by Kären Bagnard
