As an alternative to going to an Urgent Care facility, you can call Dispatch Health and they will provide same-day medical care in your own home. They bill your insurance company so it will be the same cost as an urgent care visit. Join Lizzie Valencia, Area Market Operations Manager with Dispatch Health for a presentation on this new way to use your urgent care insurance benefits.
The Dispatch Health care team that will come to your home includes a physician assistant or nurse practitioner and/or a medical technician, remotely supported by an emergency medicine physician if needed. They arrive fully equipped to test and treat everything an urgent care can and are open 365 days a year.
