Rubel Castle is an amazing folk architecture site in the Glendora Foothills. Michael Rubel expanded his vision over several decades. It's Stone masonry handcrafted of river rock, recycled materials, and relics of Glendora, earl agricultural and industrial eras. It is both on the national historic register and LA. Conservancy is part of its preservation. Come and see this rare example of folk art on Glendora's last intact citrus farming lot!
The property is not ADA accessible - no wheelchairs, walkers, or cart assistance is allowed due to stairs, tunnels, and uneven surfaces. There are no handrails and the walking surfaces include gravel and bare ground.
