Whether you joined us before or are attending for the first time, this retreat offers new sessions, with each participant experiencing every one. You will leave with practical, resilience-building tools to support your mental health and healing.
This free retreat is intended for adults 55+ who have lost their homes in the Eaton Fire or are otherwise displaced.
