Pasadena Village, a nonprofit that supports aging-in-place older adults, invites you to Village Connections on Thursday at 2 pm at the Washington Park Community Center. Free.

Join movement educator and Embodied Resilience Strategist Kelly Etter for an interactive session exploring how gentle movement, breath, and simple nervous-system practices can help ease tension, support calm, and build resilience in everyday life. Drawing on 26 years of Pilates and body-based work, Kelly will share practical tools to help you feel more at home in your body and build strength from the inside out. No prior Pilates experience is needed, and movements can be adapted for different abilities.
