"Adapting When Life Gets Tough” is held on Zoom on the first and third Tuesday. The group is a support group designed to provide a space for members to deal with issues that are common but sometimes problematic for older adults as they age. They may include such topics as dealing with stress, coping with change, developing coping skills, and any number of issues brought to the group by the members. The group is open to both men and women.
