The Village Leadership Team anticipates the needs of aging-in-place older adults (such as transportation, preparedness, caregiving, etc.) and guides the creation and implementation of new programs, initiatives, and small group gatherings. Team members may join task forces to work on specific needs on a short-term basis and will direct the self-assessment of program teams. Team members will identify potential Villagers who could fill a variety of roles.
