Hi! My name is Ellerose and I am a Girl Scout working on my Gold Award project. My project teaches people how to hand sew small three dimensional plush goldfish that can be given away as gifts of appreciation and/or luck. In many Asian cultures, fish are symbols of good fortune. I have designed these fish figurines and made patterns and instructions for anyone to follow to make their own lucky goldfish. 

At this hand sewing workshop, you will make your own goldfish plush that you can keep or give away. Ellerose plans to make at least 50 goldfish to give as teacher appreciation gifts to Pasadena teachers. You can help her earn her Girl Scout gold award by attending this workshop.

All supplies and instructions will be provided. No experience necessary. We will have volunteers to help. This is an intergenerational activity - Ellerose’s grandmother LuCinda is a Villager! All are welcome - bring a friend or family member. Limited attendance. Register for one or both dates ASAP.
