The Village Leadership Team anticipates the needs of aging-in-place older adults (such as transportation, preparedness, caregiving, etc.) and guides the creation and implementation of new programs, initiatives, and small group gatherings. Team members join task forces to work on specific needs on a short-term basis. Team members also identify potential leaders who can fill a variety of roles.
