Join Lisa Carroll, a Certified Fraud Examiner, for an engaging fraud prevention presentation that will help us all be more aware about the most common scams targeting older adults today. She will cover impersonation scams (such as fake government officials, tech support, and family emergency calls), romance scams that exploit trust and emotions, and emerging threats involving AI and deepfake technology used to clone voices and create convincing fake videos.

Learn key warning signs to watch for, practical steps to protect personal information and finances, and what to do if you suspect fraud. The session also provides clear guidance on how and where to report scams to help stop criminals and protect others in the community.

Representatives from Wells Fargo will also share fraud prevention tips.
