Join Occupational Therapist Carrie D’Arcangelo from USC Verdugo Hills Hospital for an exploration of techniques and tools used in occupational therapy. Find out how occupational therapy is different from physical therapy. Carrie D’Arcangelo is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist and the Education Coordinator of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital. She will share adaptive tools you can use in your everyday activities. Carrie will talk about balance issues some of us may face and how to mitigate them, and we'll discuss how to make your home environment work better for you. This presentation will include plenty of time to get your questions answered. Free.
