Body Groove is an easy way to do very simple dance moves that will work your whole body while having FUN! It's impossible to get it wrong, since there's no one right way to Groove. YOU do it in whatever way works for YOUR body, mobility, fitness and energy level. The dancers we'll follow are all different sizes, shapes, ages and abilities. You can Groove on a chair. You can Groove with a walker. You absolutely can Groove even if you have no rhythm and are a complete clutz. Ask me how I know!
If you're interested in coming to the introductory session on April 27 at 11AM at the Village office to learn more, and do a short Groove dance that will leave you with a big smile on your face.
