The 8th Annual Statewide Village Conference will be held in our neck of the woods this September 17–18, 2026 at the LA Arboretum in Arcadia. 

The conference is planned by Village Movement California, the statewide coalition of villages. We anticipate 200 village leaders to join.

We will meet on June 10 to discuss how Pasadena Village can help.

• a potential location for the reception on Thursday (the Arboretum is a possibility but we can suggest other locations)
• Coordination for the Dine and Dish dinners on Thursday
• Soliciting sponsorships among some of our partners who have a more statewide presence/interest
• Planning optional excursions for people coming in town - possibly Wednesday, Thursday morning and Saturday (after the conference)
