Heritage Clinic United Mental Health Promoters in collaboration with Pasadena Village invites you to join us for a free wellness series for Adults 65+ living in the San Gabriel Valley

Join us for one or all three gatherings for a time to renew, relax and build your resilience! Connect with
friendly faces, awaken your creativity, and learn simple resilience building skills like tracking,
grounding and resourcing all designed to support your well-being.

On April 2, we will paint a pot and plant seeds to bring home and watch them grow.
